1. FUZZ

Affects the overall distortion/fuzz level within the circuit. Clockwise for more fuzz, anti clockwise for less.

2. LEVEL

Changes the overall volume output of the effect. Clockwise for louder, anti clockwise for quieter. *you can raise the volume to above unity to drive your preamp/next pedal harder for more distortion.*

3. BIAS

Adjusts the voltage bias of the transistors. Clockwise for more voltage, anti clockwise for less. Lower the voltage for a more gated, wooly effect or raise the voltage for more aggressive, Velcro style fuzz sounds.

4. INPUT

Adjusts the signal level entering the effect. Behaves similarly to the volume pot on your guitar.

5. FOOTSWITCH

Toggle the effect on/off.

6. LED INDICATOR

Indicates whether your signal is passing through (illuminated) or in bypass mode.

7. INPUT JACK

Insert a shielded quarter-inch instrument cable, either from your guitar or from the “send” socket of your amplifier’s effects loop.

8. OUTPUT JACK

Insert a shielded quarter-inch instrument cable leading to the “input” jack of your amplifier, or to the “return” socket of your amplifier’s effects loop.

9. 9V DC INPUT

Use a regulated AC–DC adaptor fitted with a centre-negative plug (2.1 mm)

9V CENTRE NEGATIVE ONLY

This device is only suitable for 9v centre negative power supplies only. Use a DC 2.1mm jack for operating. Reverse polarity can cause lasting damage to your product and will void the warranty. If you are not sure whether your power supply is compatible, please get in touch before operating.
